Cancellation Policy
a. User-Initiated Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing (if applicable).
- Already paid fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
b. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)
- If your plan includes auto-renewal, you may disable it from your account settings before the renewal date.
- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in charges for the next billing cycle.

c. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (if eligible):

– Registered email/phone number
– Payment transaction ID
– Date of payment
– Reason for refund request - Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
d. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact The JodiMaker before initiating chargebacks.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Plan Changes & Downgrades
- Plan upgrades may be allowed by paying the price difference.
- Downgrades or switching plans do not qualify for refunds.
